Explanation and justification
The human body is the most direct expression of individual freedom and dignity.
It belongs to the individual alone – not to the state, not to science, not to society, not to a global healthcare system.
This unavailability is not a privilege – it is a fundamental right. And it applies unconditionally. Even – and especially – in times of crisis.
Articles 1 & 2 of the Basic Law
The German Basic Law formulates it clearly:
- Article 1 (1): “Human dignity shall be inviolable.”
- Article 2 (2): “Everyone has the right to life and physical integrity.”
These rights are not relative. They are not up for discussion – not even in the event of a pandemic, war, state of emergency or emergency law.
Whoever exposes them exposes humanity itself.
What does “untouchability” mean?
Untouchable means:
- No medical intervention may take place without express, voluntary and informed consent.
- No authority, no institution and no legislator may instrumentalize the body – neither to avert danger nor to comply with the law.
- No person may be forced, coerced or pressured into submitting their body to measures they do not want – be they of a medical, technical or genetic nature.
What happens when the body becomes vulnerable?
The last few years have shown what happens when states or corporations think they are allowed to make decisions about the body:
- Compulsory and indirect vaccination.
- Massive social pressure on non-vaccinated people.
- Compulsory tests, compulsory masks, movement restrictions.
- Exclusion from school, work and society for “medical non-conformity”.
- Introduction of digital surveillance mechanisms down to the level of body data.
That is not care – that is degradation.
The body as the last bastion of freedom
In an increasingly digital and controlled world, there is often only one last protected space left for people:
their own body.
If this space is violated – through politics, technology, genetic engineering or biometrics – then freedom ends not just in a symbolic sense, but in a very concrete sense.
Our position
We2030 defends physical self-determination as an inalienable fundamental right. No crisis, no state of emergency, no “scientific necessity” should ever lead to the state disposing of its citizens’ bodies.
Because:
Anyone who touches the human body touches the core of humanity.
And therefore applies – always, everywhere and without exception:
The human body is inviolable – even in times of crisis.
