Les informateurs sont un signe de domination par la peur.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette th\u00e8se est un plaidoyer clair :<br\/><strong>Pour une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation courageuse - contre une d\u00e9nonciation secr\u00e8te.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;un lanceur d&rsquo;alerte ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un lanceur d&rsquo;alerte est quelqu&rsquo;un qui :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>rend public des abus graves au sein d&rsquo;organisations ou de gouvernements,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>n&rsquo;agit <strong>pas dans son propre int\u00e9r\u00eat<\/strong>, mais dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>prend souvent de gros risques personnels,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contribue \u00e0 la transparence et au contr\u00f4le - par exemple en r\u00e9v\u00e9lant la corruption, l&rsquo;abus de pouvoir, l&rsquo;utilisation abusive de donn\u00e9es, les mensonges ou la violence.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des exemples comme <strong>Edward Snowden<\/strong>, <strong>Chelsea Manning<\/strong>, <strong>Julian Assange<\/strong> ou de nombreux m\u00e9decins, scientifiques et journalistes depuis 2020 le montrent :<br\/><strong>Sans lanceurs d&rsquo;alerte, il n&rsquo;y aurait pas de d\u00e9mocratie qui fonctionne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Qu&rsquo;est-ce qu&rsquo;un informateur ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En revanche, un informateur est quelqu&rsquo;un qui :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>recueille secr\u00e8tement des informations sur ses semblables,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communique ces informations \u00e0 des organismes gouvernementaux ou institutionnels,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>contribue \u00e0 la surveillance, \u00e0 la discipline ou \u00e0 l&rsquo;exclusion d&rsquo;autrui,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>est souvent motiv\u00e9e par la r\u00e9compense, le chantage ou la peur.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;espionnage se retrouvent dans les r\u00e9gimes totalitaires - de la Gestapo \u00e0 la Stasi, en passant par les mod\u00e8les modernes de technocratie avec la <strong>d\u00e9lation num\u00e9rique<\/strong>, le <strong>contr\u00f4le des chats<\/strong>, les <strong>rapports sur le statut vaccinal<\/strong> ou le <strong>scoring social<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pourquoi cette distinction est cruciale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Les lanceurs d&rsquo;alerte renforcent la d\u00e9mocratie<\/strong> - ils rendent visibles les injustices cach\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les informateurs d\u00e9truisent la confiance<\/strong> - ils transforment les voisins en ennemis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les lanceurs d&rsquo;alerte r\u00e9v\u00e8lent les abus de pouvoir.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Les informateurs servent \u00e0 conserver le pouvoir par la peur et le contr\u00f4le.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui poursuit les lanceurs d&rsquo;alerte tout en encourageant l&rsquo;espionnage <strong>a invers\u00e9 ses valeurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notre point de vue<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir2030 demande<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Protection juridique et reconnaissance sociale pour les lanceurs d&rsquo;alerte<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La fin de tous les syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;espionnage<\/strong> - qu&rsquo;ils soient \u00e9tatiques, scolaires, num\u00e9riques ou m\u00e9dicaux<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le traitement des campagnes de d\u00e9nonciation<\/strong> depuis 2020 (par exemple, contre les personnes non vaccin\u00e9es, les personnes qui critiquent les mesures, les m\u00e9decins qui ont des opinions divergentes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parce que<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Toute soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a besoin de lanceurs d&rsquo;alerte - pas d&rsquo;informateurs.<\/strong><br\/>Ceux qui informent m\u00e9ritent d&rsquo;\u00eatre prot\u00e9g\u00e9s.
