Explanation and justification<\/h3>\n\n

Digitalization can be a tool of liberation – or one of control.It can facilitate communication, access to knowledge and medical care – or mutate into the largest surveillance apparatus in human history.The difference lies in the goal – and in the intention behind it.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

This thesis warns of a serious error: the illusion that you can give up freedom in order to gain security.<\/strong> In truth, you lose both.<\/p>\n\n

\n\n

What began with the \u201cvirus\u201d …<\/h3>\n\n

Under the pretext of infection control, an unprecedented expansion of digital control systems has been introduced worldwide:<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • QR codes for movement control<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Tracking apps for contact tracing<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Digital vaccination certificates as a prerequisite for access to fundamental rights<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Health IDs and central data storage (e.g. electronic patient file)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Social scoring by platforms and payment service providers<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    These measures were announced as \u201ctemporary\u201d – but they were not withdrawn<\/strong>, they were institutionalized<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    The pandemic was not the end of this surveillance – it was its starting signal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    \n\n

    Why digital surveillance is dangerous<\/h3>\n\n
      \n
    • It happens invisibly<\/strong> and automatically<\/strong> – without democratic control.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • It changes people’s behavior – for fear of being marked.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • It can be combined with artificial intelligence<\/strong> to recognize, restrict or punish critical voices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • It makes people transparent, predictable and manipulable<\/strong> – no longer free.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      Freedom thrives on trust – surveillance destroys this trust.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      \n\n

      The false logic of fear<\/h3>\n\n

      Instead of strengthening real healthcare, education and social resilience, technology was sold as a panacea:<\/p>\n\n

      \n

      \u201cIf we only collect enough data, we can control any danger.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

      But this is a fallacy.You don’t fight a virus with control systems – you fight it with responsibility, immunity, trust and a functioning healthcare system.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      Digital surveillance does not fight a virus – it fights free thinking, free movement, free life.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

      \n\n

      Our position<\/h3>\n\n

      We2030 says: No to total digital surveillance.<\/strong>No to a QR code as an entry ticket to society.No to centralized health IDs, chat control, movement profiles and compulsory biometrics.<\/p>\n\n

      Because:Digital surveillance does not erase the virus – it erases freedom.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n
