It is inextricably linked to freedom, self-determination and trust. Every person is unique &#8211; in their body, their experiences, their risks, their biography.<br\/><strong>Therefore, health cannot be centrally planned or created through coercion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And yet we are currently experiencing how, under the pretext of health protection, more and more surveillance, paternalism and incapacitation are taking place &#8211; particularly through the introduction of the <strong>electronic patient record (EPR)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The true meaning of health<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Health is not created by order, but by:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>healthy eating and exercise,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mental stability and social relationships,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>free therapy decisions and personal responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No law, no system and no file can replace this.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A state can make recommendations, provide access to information, support medical professions &#8211; <strong>but it must not instrumentalize the body, thoughts or decisions of the individual<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens when the state wants to enforce health?<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vaccination obligations, compulsory treatment, mask or test requirements disempower the individual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>They ignore medical individuality and destroy trust in doctor-patient relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>People are stigmatized or excluded if they decide otherwise for good reasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Coercion does not create trust &#8211; it creates resistance, fear and long-term psychological damage.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The digital danger: the electronic patient file (ePA)<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The introduction of the ePA is being sold as progress &#8211; but it is a massive attack on privacy, freedom of therapy and medical confidentiality.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why is the ePA dangerous?<\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Centralization of sensitive health data<\/strong> makes citizens transparent &#8211; for health insurance companies, authorities, the pharmaceutical industry and tech companies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Access rights of third parties<\/strong> (even without informed consent) undermine medical confidentiality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Voluntariness is effectively abolished<\/strong> &#8211; anyone who does not actively object is automatically recorded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The data can be used against people: for tariff classification, compulsory medication, social control or, in the worst case, to <strong>eliminate critical voices<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In the <strong>digital health dictatorship<\/strong>, health is becoming a data commodity &#8211; and people are becoming an exploitable resource.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our understanding of health<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We2030 stands for:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Education instead of paternalism<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal responsibility instead of monitoring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Freedom of therapy instead of standardization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data protection instead of total coverage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Health belongs to people &#8211; not the state.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our position<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Health is a sensitive, deeply personal area of life.
