and above all by the inalienable rights of the individual.<\/strong><br\/>However, in recent times we have seen a worrying development:<br\/>Governments that disregard national sovereignty &#8211; with reference to \u201cglobal threats\u201d.<br\/>They conclude treaties with international organizations without parliamentary oversight.<br\/>They commit to measures that affect entire peoples without obtaining their consent.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>But no mandate &#8211; not that of a health ministry, not that of a world organization &#8211; ever authorizes the imposition of universal coercive measures on individuals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What it&#8217;s really about<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compulsion means:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Compulsory vaccinations under threat of social and professional exclusion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compulsory testing or masks regardless of individual risk assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel or assembly bans due to digital entries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quarantine or access restrictions without a court order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health monitoring with centralized data systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If such measures are not controlled by national parliaments, but coordinated and enforced at a global level,<br\/><strong>a transnational dictatorship without democratic backing will emerge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Our position<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We2030 says:<br\/>No government &#8211; neither individually nor collectively &#8211; has the right to impose global coercive measures on millions of people without individual freedom of choice, without consultation, without co-determination.<br\/>There is no \u201cglobal exception\u201d that abrogates fundamental rights.<br\/>International law is <strong>not above the dignity of the individual.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No government in the world may introduce global coercive measures.<\/strong><br\/>Those who allow this do not create protection &#8211;
