Explanation and justification<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

The human body is not the property of the state, not a platform for political programs and not a resource for global experiments. It is an expression of dignity, freedom and self-determination – and therefore inviolable.<\/p>\n\n

Every medical intervention – whether preventive, therapeutic or experimental – affects the integrity of the human being. It is therefore only ethically permissible if it is based on informed, voluntary and individual consent<\/strong>. It was precisely this principle that was enshrined<\/strong>in the Nuremberg Code of 1947<\/strong>after the crimes of National Socialism – as a reaction to coercive experiments and medical arbitrariness.<\/p>\n\n

\n

\u201cThe voluntary consent of the test subject is absolutely essential.<\/strong>\u201d– Nuremberg Code, first guiding principle<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

These guiding principles are not historical relics. They apply universally – even today. Even in times of crisis. Even if the language is modern, the intentions are good and the measures are global.<\/p>\n\n

\n\n

What happened during the crisis<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

The events of recent years show that even basic ethical standards can be eroded under the pressure of fear, power and economic interests.<\/p>\n\n

    \n
  • New, experimental substances<\/strong> were introduced worldwide under emergency approvals – without long-term studies, without real freedom of choice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The Nuremberg Code was ignored<\/strong> by using social pressure, existential blackmail and one-sided information to persuade people to participate in large-scale medical experiments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Enlightenment was manipulative<\/strong>, not neutral: with reward systems, access restrictions, psychological warfare in communication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Doctors<\/strong> who wanted to fulfill their responsibility towards patients were defamed, punished or excluded from the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Individual freedom of choice<\/strong> was replaced by state \u201crecommendations\u201d, which de facto resulted in coercion – in schools, companies, nursing homes and clinics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    This made people part of a global risk study – not as partners, but as objects.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

    \n\n

    Why this must never happen again<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

    Once you accept that the end justifies the means, you open the door to the misuse of science, medicine and technology.<\/p>\n\n

    The Nuremberg Code<\/strong> is non-negotiable. It is a bulwark against state arbitrariness in the medical field.Likewise the Geneva Pledge<\/strong> – the modern form of the Hippocratic Oath – which every doctor takes:<\/p>\n\n

    \n

    \u201cI will not use my medical art to violate human rights and civil liberties, even under threat.<\/strong>\u201d– Medical Pledge of the World Medical Association (WMA), Geneva Declaration<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

    This formulation not only obliges doctors towards their patients – but also protects them against political pressure and abuse of power.<\/strong>They are committed to the well-being of people – not to the government, not to the zeitgeist, not to industry.<\/p>\n\n

    When doctors become enforcers of measures that they themselves are not allowed to question, the art of healing becomes an instrument of power.<\/p>\n\n

    \n\n

    Our position<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

    We2030<\/strong> demands: Human dignity must remain inviolable even in crises. Medicine must never become a tool of the state to guide behavior. And no doctor, nurse or researcher should ever again be put in the position of having to choose between professional ethics and obedience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

    \n

    No political agenda – no matter how nobly formulated – justifies coercive medical measures.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

    \n

    No emergency in this world cancels the Nuremberg Code.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n

    \n

    No promise of progress should reduce people to a means.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n
